Olga (Melfi) DiPetrillo 98 of Sarasota, FL formerly of Cranston died Monday August 6, 2007 at the Heartland Nursing Home Sarasota, FL. She was the wife of the late Albert DiPetrillo. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Ponticelli) Melfi. She was a past member of the Womens Youth League of RI. She was also a member of the Metacomet Country Club East Providence and the Alpine Country Club Cranston. She leaves two daughters, Jeanette Calise of Delray Beach, FL and Carolyn Nassar of Sarasota, FL, two grandchildren Lt. Jeffrey Calise Palm Beach County Sheriffs Dept. of Lake Worth, FL and Gina Sahagian of Saunderstown, five great grandchildren, a brother Raymond Melfi, four sisters Mildred Melfi, Clara Campagnone, Evelyn Henry and Agnes Castiglione all of Cranston and was the sister of the late Emma Chiello, Mitchell and Anthony Melfi. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston at 10am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Thursday 4-8pm.
