85, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Cranston. He was the beloved husband of thirty-eight years to Fiorina (Cirelli) DiBiasio, and the late Anna (DiMaria) DiBiasio. Born in Roccamonfina, Italy, he was a son of the late Amato and Elvira (DeLisi) DiBiasio. Nicola was a mold maker for the former RJ Manufacturing Company of Warren for over twenty years before retiring in 1993. He was an US Army veteran serving during the Korean War era. Nicola was a member of the Santa Maria di Prata Society.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Nicholas DiBiasio of Chepachet. Nicola was the brother of Casimiro DiBiasio of Providence, and the late Maria and Guido DiBiasio. He was the uncle of Amato, Gabriella, and Bruno DiBiasio.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight Street, Providence. Interment with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
