NICHOLAS SALZILLO

Nicholas Salzillo 84, of Dellwood Road Cranston for the past 30 years, previously residing in Framingham, MA for 25 years, passed away Friday Jan 25th 2008 at home. He was the beloved husband of Olga (Tomasso) Salzillo. They were married for 59 years. He was born in Providence, son of the late Gaetano and Alberina (Maddelena) Salzillo. Nick was a sales executive for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for more than 30 years. He was a world traveler and an avid golfer, having made 30 holes-in-one. Nick was brother to Arthur and Daniel Salzillo of Cranston and Vincent Salzillo of VA. , the late Dr. Salvatore Salzillo, Ida Palardy, Mary Maini and John Salzillo Sr. Nicholas was also the cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mark's Church, Garden Court Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-7 pm.
