Nasseur ""Nussy" J. Badway

88, of Topeka St., Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Morgan Health Center in Johnston. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances (Buission) Badway. Born in Lebanon he was the son of the late Edward and Kaleemy (Badway) Badway.

Mr. Badway was a truck driver for T.M.X., Inc. before retiring; a member of Local Teamsters Union 251; and a U.S. Army veteran.

He was the devoted and loving father William E. Badway and his fiancé Wendy Irving of West Warwick and Nora L. Badway of Johnston; cherished grandfather of Shaina Badway and her husband Robert Marzilli, and Kristen Hanlon; loving great-grandfather of Sophia and Myla Marzilli, and Kamello Matos; and dear brother of Maureen Budway of Johnston and the late Maurice and Ernest Badway.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Wednesday Morning, August 21st from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. George Maronite Catholic Church, 1493 Cranston St., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
