MINNIE MERLUZZO

Merluzzo Minnie (Barone) 97, of Plainfield Pike Cranston passed away on Monday December 17, 2007 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Pasco Merluzzo. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Angelina (Campanini) Barone. Mrs. Merluzzo loved to crochet and sew. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Bergantino of Cranston, her two grandchildren Louis and his wife Elisa and David and his wife Michele Bergantino and her four great-grandchildren, Haley, Mathew, Maryssa, and Samantha. She was the mother of the late Amelia Lovejoy and sister of the late Rose Russo, Mary LaFazia, Jessie Butmarc, Angelina Iannotti, Briga Croce, George, Peter, Nicholas and Thomas Barone. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church Johnston at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
