MILTON T. STONE

82, of Stony Acre Dr., Cranston, passed away Friday, July 1, 2011 at home. He was the beloved husband of Theodora (Mihopoulos) Stone. Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Charles L. and Sarah E. (Fell) Stone.

Mr. Stone worked for the State of RI Division of Taxation for 23 years before retiring and was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of William T. Stone of Cranston and Linda A. Remarski and her husband Michael of Cumberland; loving grandfather of Charles T. Stone, William T. Stone II, Allison Remarski and Steven Remarski; and dear brother of Dorothy Kay of Swansea, MA, Norman Stone of Lewiston, NY, Barbara Levesque of Concord, NH and the late Leonard Stone.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 11 a.m., followed by interment with military honors at Highland Memorial Park in Johnston.
