MILDRED W. (TETZLAFF) KELLY, 93, formerly of Lincoln and Providence, died peacefully Friday, January 4, 2008 at Hebert Nursing Home in Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard P. Kelly.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William and Annie (Haney) Tetzlaff.
Mildred worked at Coro Manufacturing Company and later worked at New York Lace Store as a buyer, before retiring. After her retirement, she volunteered as a Foster Grandparent in the Providence School System.
She is survived by her loving nieces, Elizabeth A. Marocco of Cranston, and Carolyn DiBattista of Ontario, Canada. She was the loving mother of the late Judith Ann Kelly, and dear sister of the late William J. Tetzlaff, Ethel Coyle and Mary Tetzlaff.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 10 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston, followed by interment in Mount St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
