Michael P. Whitmore

53, of Pawtucket, passed on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Miriam Hospital in Providence.  He was the beloved husband of Sheila M. (DeVries) Whitmore.  Born in Providence, Michael a son of the late Chester and Hilary (Wayss) Whitmore.  Michael worked for Twin Oaks Restaurant as their cook for over 35 years, before retiring.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his four loving children, Michael P. Whitmore, Jr., Rebecca A. Whitmore, Christopher R. Whitmore, and Stephaine M. Whitmore, all of Pawtucket.  Michael was the dear brother of Carol Mendes of Johnston, Margaret Cannata of Providence, John Whitmore of VA, Charlie White, Joseph White of Cranston, and John Paul O’Donnell of Cranston.  He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and one great nephew.

His funeral will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue on Thursday, January 27th, from 5-8 p.m.  Burial will take place at a later date.
