Michael F. Iannella

MICHAEL F. IANNELLA, 71, of Sheridan St., Johnston, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Felix and Ruth (Velino) Iannella.

Michael worked in the construction industry for many years and was a member of Local 271 Laborers International Union.  He enjoyed playing cards, golfing, and fishing.

Michael was the devoted father of Michael A. Iannella and his companion Amy Gomes of Johnston and dear brother of the late Marie Montecalvo. He is also survived by his former wife Paula Iannella, his nephew Robert Montecalvo, Jr., and his brother-in-law Robert Marcoccio, all of Johnston.

His funeral will be held on Friday, February 2nd at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Rd., Johnston at 10 a.m.  Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  VISITING HOURS are Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
