MICHAEL A. DiCICCO

48, of Mettatuxet Rd passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at home. He was the beloved husband of Gail (Bartolomeo) DiCicco. He was born in Providence a son of the late Anacleto "Nick "and Audrey (Barlow) DiCicco. Mr. DiCicco was employed at the University of Rhode Island as Coordinator of Operations and Training in Dining Services/Rams Den. He was a member of the South Kingstown Elks, Vice President of the Mettatuxet Improvement Association and graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. Michael will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Beside his wife he is survived by his daughters; Jessica Schaeffer of Narragansett and Amanda Schaeffer of Charlestown. He was the brother of Terri DiCicco of Cranston, Nicholas DiCicco and his wife (Donna) of Warwick and Frances DiCicco of Cranston. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held on Monday Evening at 6PM in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. ( Rt.1A) , Narragansett. Visiting hours Monday 2-6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cathy's Rottie Rescue Rehab & Sanctuary 182 Cossaduck Hill Rd., No. Stonington, CT. Burial will be private.
