MICHAEL BADESSA, JR

75, of Providence, passed away on Tuesday April 23, 2013 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Janice (Cosper) Badessa. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Yolanda (Aquilotti) Badessa, Sr. Michael was the former owner of World Wide Books for many years until his retirement. Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children Michael "Hurricane" Badessa III, Michael "Bear" Badessa IV, Janice "Stormy" Badessa, Michael A. Badessa, and Rhonda Gilmore; his 4 loving grandchildren; his sister Carol Francese. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
