Meredith Bartlett

passed away on September 26th, 2023 after a brief illness. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late L. Kenneth Bartlett and a Warwick resident for many years before relocating to Narragansett. She is predeceased by her two sisters, Gloria Rinn and Ann Dunning.

Meredith was a medical office manager for many years, most recently with Gastrointestinal Medicine in Narragansett before retiring.

She enjoyed her retirement and loved going to the beach, classes at the YMCA playing scrabble and participating in events and activities at the Narragansett and Charlestown Senior Centers.

She was a bright, kind and thoughtful person loved by her family and adored by her friends.

She leaves four daughters, Lynn C. Amoroso [Mi Ok ], Lori Amoroso Ruggieri [Ricky] Bethany Amoroso Graves and Jennifer Amoroso Smith [George]. She was the cherished grandmother of Eric J. Ruggieri and Domenic P. Ruggieri as well as Kennedy M. Smith and Karington R. Smith.

Meredith also leaves behind her beloved partner of 17 years, John “ Jack” Nelson and her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 7pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory – SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, (Rt. 1A), Narragansett.  VISITING HOURS Wednesday from 5-7pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G.
