MAURO P. MACERA

MAURO P. MACERA , 76, of Johnston, passed away Monday, October 26, 2009 at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Raffaelina (Macera) Macera. Born in Castelnouvo Parano, Italy, a son of the late Silvio and Michelina (DiRaimo) Macera, he came to the U.S. in 1966 settling in Johnston. Mauro worked for Piccoli Construction Company for many years before retiring. He was the devoted father of Michelina "Mickey" Macera of Cranston. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS THURSDAY 5-8 p.m.
