Mason A. DeAngelus

35, of Cranston,  joined his sister Ally, dancing in the sky, on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.  Born in Providence, he was the son of Elizabeth Bacon of Warwick, RI and William DeAngelus III of Hope, RI and Brian Carmo and Josee’ Beauregard of West Warwick, RI .  He was the brother of the Ethan and Gabrielle Carmo, and the late Allison E. DeAngelus  He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Barbara Bacon, and his paternal grandmother Theresa Harris.  As well as many cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins and friends.


Mason was a gentle giant who had a terrific sense of humor, loved food, motorcycles and music. He was a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School, and attended Sacred Heart University.

The family would like to thank the caretakers and staff at Riverview Nursing Home in Coventry and the VNA of Care New England for their kindness and compassion in taking care of Mason.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston.  His burial will be private.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
