MARY M. (FURTADO) NADEAU

89, of Natick Ave., Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at West Shore Health Center, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Nadeau, Jr. They were married for over sixty years. Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Salema) Furtado, sister to loving brother, Anthony "Tony" Furtado and loving sister of the late Doris Kiggins.

Mary was an avid book reader and plant gardening grower. Mrs. Nadeau was a life long Rhode Island resident at present address in Cranston for over 59 years.

Mrs. Nadeau is survived by loving children, Sharonlee Nadeau, David W. Nadeau, Jeffrey L. Nadeau and his wife Valerie all of Cranston, and Marylou Kee and her husband Michael of Warwick. Mrs. Nadeau was the cherished grandmother of Jason and Christopher Nadeau and Amanda and Renee Kee, also great grandmother of Sydney Nadeau.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave., Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick.

VISITING HOURS THURSDAY 6-8 p.m.
