MARY ANN (DONOVAN) MARTINO

90, of Bonita Springs, Florida, previously of West Warwick, passed away on Thursday August 25, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip D. Martino, Sr. Mary was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Timothy and Mary (Murphy) Donovan. Mrs. Martino was the former co-owner with her late husband of Strand Jewelers. She is survived by her loving sons, Gerald and Daniel Martino both of Warwick. She was also the sister of Margaret Carpenter of Maine, and was the cherished grandmother of Andrew, Daniel and Brenden. Mary was also the loving mother of the late, Peter, Paul, Dennis and Philip Jr. "Jay" and was the sister of the late, Joseph, James, Francis, Thomas, William, Helen, Kay and Agnes. Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:45 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Peter's Church, Fair St., Warwick. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Friday 4-8 pm.
