MARY (ROSCITI) MARROCCO

92, of Buratti Road, Johnston, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Care of R.I., Providence. She was the wife of the late Alfred Marrocco, Sr. with whom she was married to for 57 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Tomaso and Luisa (Alberto) Rosciti. Mary was a resident of Johnston for 58 years and a member of the Johnston Senior Center. She is survived by her children Alfred Marrocco, Jr., Joyce Draine and her husband John all of Johnston, Kenneth Marrocco and his wife Edith of Smithfield, Janet Mancini of Cranston and Joanne Racine of Harrisville. Mary was the sister of the late Pasco, Anthony, Henry, Albert, and Frank Rosciti, Laura Restivo and Adeline Santanelli. She was the grandmother of 9, great grandmother of 11 and great-great grandmother of 1. Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 8:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery.
