MARY E. JOHNSON

Mary E. (McLaughlin) Johnson 91, of Grandville Court, Wakefield, formerly of Stamford, CT died Sunday, September 9, 2007 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. She was the wife of the late Max Doyle Johnson. Born in Lansing, Michigan she was a daughter of the late Sidney H. and Delilah R. (Simmons) McLaughlin. Mrs. Johnson was a registered nurse in Lansing and was also a driver for military officers during WW II before her retirement in 1946. She is survived by two grandsons Chris F. Johnson of Salt Lake City, Utah and James W. Johnson of Orange County, CA. Mrs. Johnson was the mother of the late James D. Johnson and the grandmother of the late C. Reed Johnson.
