MARY C. IZZO

Mary C. Izzo 84, of School Street, Johnston, died Thursday, February 21, 2008 at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Antonio (Scungio) Izzo. Miss Izzo was employed by the former Imperial Knife Company of Providence for over thirty years before her retirement. She is survived by two sisters, Clara (Izzo) Pietros and Yolanda Izzo both of Johnston. Miss Izzo was the aunt of Marie Giradi of Johnston. She was the sister of the late Filomena Spina, Lena Giorgio, Nancy Puopolo, Phillip, Joseph, Michael, Anthony, Thomas, Louis and Elenora Izzo. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, on Tuesday at 9:00 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, Plainfield Street, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
