Mary G. (Hogan) Catuto

91, of Cranston passed away Friday, September 3, 2021.  She was the wife of the late Anthony Catuto.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Peter W. and Elizabeth (Gaulet) Hogan, she was a resident of Cranston for over fifty years.

Mary worked in the jewelry industry for many years before retiring in 1990.  She was a communicant and volunteer at St. Rocco Church.  She was a woman of deep abiding faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her three children, Karen Brennan of Cranston, Valerie Nadeau and her husband Jeffrey of Harrisville and David Soccio of Warwick; seven grandchildren, Jason Nadeau, Jessika Glick, Christopher Nadeau, Ryan Soccio, Evan Soccio, Olivia Soccio and Nick Soccio; and six great-grandchildren.  She was the sister of the late Virginia Walsh and Peter H. Hogan.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 10am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Rocco Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston.  Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. VISITATION will be Thursday morning from 9-10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
