Martha (Dunlop) Holland 62, of Aetna Street, Cranston, died Wednesday, February, 11, 2009 with her family at her side at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Russell R. Holland. They were married for forty-three years. Born in Greenock, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Martha Dunlop. Mrs. Holland was a matcher for the former Grosse Jewelry Company of Cranston for several years. Besides he husband she is survived by her children, Linda A. Holland of Cranston, Russell W.P. Holland of Providence and Christina M. Murphy and her husband Matthew of Cranston. Mrs. Holland was the grandmother of Amanda R. Nobrega, Robert R. Murphy and the great-grandmother of one great-granddaughter. Martha was the sister of Annie McGlone, Patrick Dunlop, Richard Dunlop, Leah McGrory, all of Scotland and the late Mary McGrath and Gerald Dunlop. Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann's Church, 1493 Cranston, Street, Cranston. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
