MARJORIE E. (BOUDREAU) MILNE

81, of Narragansett, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 after a brief illness at South County Hospital surrounded by her devoted family. She was the loving wife of the late John D. Milne. Born in Boston, MA, she was predeceased by her parents Francis and Gladys (Stoba) Boudreau and several siblings. Marjorie was affectionately called Gi Gi by her grandchildren and those who knew and loved her. Gi Gi's love and strength, generosity and wisdom is the foundation of her family. Her interests were classical music, dancing, antiques and gardening. When she wasn't busy with those activities you could find her at the nearest casino with a vodka and tonic in hand. She was the devoted mother of Diana Maxwell and her husband Bill, Lorrie Florence and her husband Jack, and Judy Hall and her husband Jeff; loving grandmother of twelve; and loving great-grandmother of twelve. She is also survived by her best friend her loving dog Lucy. Her funeral will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to remember Gi Gi can donate a gift to a local animal rescue league in her memory.
