MARION E. (HARTWICK) VADNEY

88, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday October 28, 2012 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife of 61 years to William "Bill" Vadney.

Born in Ottawa, Canada she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Pauline (Woggon) Hartwick.

Marion was a registered nurse at Women & Infants Hospital for many years before her retirement.

Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of Karen Coutu and her husband Dean of Cranston and Paula Bowry and her husband Ted of Cranston.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a committal service at RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.

Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7p.m.
