MARIO LaBELLA

86, of Johnston, passed away on Thursday November 10, 2011 at Rhode Island Hospital, in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Beatrice M. (Perry) LaBella. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Ilario and Angelina (Mancini) LaBella. Mr. LaBella was the owner & operator with his son Steven of the former LaBella's Supermarket and Deli for many years, before his retirement.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Steven LaBella and his wife Jami of Johnston and Carol Catauro and her husband William Sr. of Narragansett; loving grandfather of Kristin Riley and her husband Matt, William P. Catauro, Jr. and his wife Jadra and Ashley Ernest; loving great-grandfather of four. He was the dear brother of the late Dante LaBella.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston, followed by interment in St. Ann's Cemetery in Cranston. VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted.
