MARILYN H. 'MICKEY' (SKENE) DILLON

64, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully, embraced by her husband, and surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, August 4, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Mickey was the beloved wife of twenty-eight years to Dennis C. Dillon. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Douglas W. and Hazel L. (Jones) Skene. She was a RI regional property manager for SHP Management for fifteen years before her retirement. Mickey will be missed by all who knew her and remembered for her sense of humor, and for being a role model to all. Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Patrick M. Reardon of Haddam, CT, Kerri-Lyn Reardon of North Kingstown, Brendan D. Reardon of Narragansett, Lori Ann Paliotti of Carolina, Michele Dillon-Black of Richmond, Christopher A. Dillon of Carolina, and Stephen M. Dillon of Wakefield. Mickey was the cherished grandmother of thirteen and the great-grandmother of one great grandson. She was the sister of Patricia L. Vervena of Springfield, VA, Jacqueline S. McEntee of North Kingstown, Joanne S. Burke of Arrowsic, ME, James A. Skene of Cranston, and the late D. William Skene. Mickey is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Requiem Eucharist Service on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church, 72 Central Avenue, Narragansett. Interment will be private. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 4-8 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, (Rt.1A) Narragansett.
