MARIE (D'ETTORE) VALLETTA

84, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul L. Valletta, Sr. Born in Providence, Marie was the daughter of the late Domenico and Sarah (Giuliano) D'Ettore. Mrs. Valletta was a devoted and loving mother and wife. She is survived by her loving children, Deborah M. Valletta, Paul L. Valletta, Jr. (C.F.D.) and his wife Michelle, Joseph T. Valletta and his wife Barbara, all of Cranston and the late Dominick P. Valletta. Marie was the cherished grandmother of Kerri, Amy, Isabella and Gabrielle Valletta and Robert Blair, Jr., Steven Blair and Ronald Rastella, Jr. She was also the loving great-grandmother of Valentina Valletta, Domenic Rastella and Mason Blair. Marie was the sister of Rudolph D'Ettore of Providence and the late Michael and Ida D'Ettore. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Matthew's Church, corner of Park and Elmwood Avenues, Cranston at 10 a.m. Interment will be held in R.I. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-8 p.m.
