SANTOPIETRO, MARIE M. (EPIFANIO), 86, of Hilary Drive, Providence, died Monday, July 23, 2007 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred Santopietro. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Pasquale and Antonetta (Rotondi) Epifanio, she was a lifelong Providence resident. Mrs. Santopietro was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church, and a member and past President of the Women's Youth League of Rhode Island. She was an avid bridge player, and leaves many treasured friends who shared her interests. She was the devoted mother of Albert R. Santopietro of Huntington, MA; loving grandmother of Hope Perry and Spencer and Anna Santopietro; loving great-grandmother of Calvin and Lydia Perry; and dear sister of the late Rachel Cavaretta and Joseph Epifanio. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Augustine's Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
