MARIE (TANCREDI) APICERNO

91, of East Greenwich previously of Cranston, passed away on Sunday November 13, 2011 at St. Elizabeth's Home in East Greenwich. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Apicerno. Marie was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Paoloantonio and Benedetta (Zangrilli) Tancredi. Mrs. Apicerno was an administrative assistant at Classical High School in Providence until her retirement. She is survived by her loving daughters, Paula A. Gould and her husband Donald of FL and Leslie M. Angelone of Warwick. She was also the cherished grandmother of Jessica and Joseph H. Angelone. Marie was also the loving mother of the late Joseph David Apicerno and sister of the late Evelyn Tancredi, Ann Lilla and Benjamin E. Tancredi. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Tuesday 5-8 pm.
