70, of Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston died on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Richard Madden, Ret. PPD. She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Emilio and Filomena (Fiore) Tanzi. She was employed by the former E. Tanzi & Sons Bakery of Providence her family's business for many years. Maria will always be loved and remembered for her love, her kindness and caring for her family and her beloved N.Y. Yankees. She is survived by: one Sister: Lola A. Tanzi of Cranston. Aunt of Dr. Rudolph (Dora) Tanzi, Ronald (Megan) Tanzi Jr., Anne (Greg) Clesas and Daniella Tanzi.
