Maria A. (Coletta) Caputo

86, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Luigi Caputo. Born in Roccamonfino, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Rosa (Paone) Coletta.

Maria was the loving mother of Aldo Caputo and his wife Carla, Roberto Caputo, Rosamaria Gallucci and her husband Joseph (PPD), and the late Gino Caputo; mother-in-law of Cindy (Faiola) Caputo; grandmother of Michael Caputo, Vincent Caputo and his wife Rebecca, Maria Gallucci, Joanna Gallucci, Robby Caputo, and was great grandmother of Lorenzo and Dominic Caputo; sister of Rosalie Sciacca, Giacomo Coletta, and the late Henrietta Pilozzi, Giuseppe, Franco, Elio and Luigi Coletta.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Monday, March 17th from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Providence. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
