MARIA A. (DiMASCIA) COLAIACOMO

77, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday December 15, 2012 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Aquino R. Colaiacomo, Sr. Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Berardino and Filomena ( DiGiovanni) DiMascia. Maria was a bid specialist for the purchasing department at Warwick City Hall for 24 years before her retirement. She was an avid New York Yankee fan and enjoyed cooking and being with her nieces and nephews,

She was the devoted mother of Aquino R. Colaiacomo, Jr. and Carl Colaiacomo; and dear sister of Josephine Ginolfi, M. Rose Senerchia, Antonetta McQueeney and the late Benito A. DiMascia.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence St. West Warwick at 10a.m. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Kindy omit flowers.
