MARGHERITA S. "RITA" LANZIERI

79, of Oaklawn Ave., Cranston passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Home. She was the beloved wife of Vincent Lanzieri Jr. She was born in East Providence a daughter of the late Antonio and Anna (Tacelli) Vittorio. Mrs. Lanzieri was a soft solderer employed by Riverview Soldering Co., of Providence for 26 years until her retirement. Beside her husband she is survived by her sons, Vincent Lanzieri III of Warwick, Robert Lanzieri Sr. and Mark A. Lanzieri both of No. Providence. She also is survived by 3 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, and was the sister of Vilma Pompa of No. Providence, Barbara Sullivan of Warwick and the late Tina Oliviera and Frank Vittorio. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 11am. VISITING HOURS Thursday 5-8pm. Entombment will take place in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum, St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
