90, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday February 23, 2013 at the South Kingstown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Armando Silva. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Carmina (Nunes) Louvado.
At age 5 Margaret went to Portugal with her parents where she was raised until she was 22 years old. She then returned to the United States where she met her husband Armando in Providence after he had returned from his military service.
Margaret is survived by her loving son Kenneth J. Silva and his wife Amber Adams-Silva of St. Augustine, FL ; her grandchildren David, Amber, and Regina; her 7 great-grandchildren; her siblings Maria Paiva of Cranston and Inez Gaspar of Rumford. She was also the sister of the late Antonio Louvado.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Tuesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
