MARGARET FERRARA

90, of Cranston, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Philip Hulitar In-Patient Center, in Providence. She was the wife of the late Philip Ferrara, Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Angela (Brunetti) DiSano. Margaret worked for the former Manufacturer Stone Setting Company of Providence for many years before retiring. She was a member of the Cranston Senior Center and their bowling league. She is survived by her daughter, Eloise R.Weston of Cranston; six grandchildren, Lori A. Tashjian, Mark P. Tashjian, Carl Weston, Jr., George O. Tashjian, Jr., Eloise F. Malloy and Lisa A. Laurie and three great-granddaughters. She was the mother of the late Barbara A. Tashjian, and sister of the late Anna DiPanni, Natalie Souza, and Anthony, Nicholas, Sabatino, and Joseph DiSano. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mark's Church, Cranston at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
