93, of Cranston, died Monday, June 28, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Arlene H. (Brooks) DeCristoforo. Born on Federal Hill, Providence, he was a son of the late Domenico and Angelina (Casale) DeCristoforo. He was employed as a tank truck operator for the former Texaco, Inc. for thirty years before retiring in 1979. Eddie was an avid gardener and bowler. He managed the "Cranston Seniors" and the "Happy Seniors" leagues at Cranston Bowl. Eddie was a past treasurer of the Texaco drivers union and a member of Union Local #251. He is survived by his children, Patricia "Patsy" Ginolfi of Cranston, Michael J. DeCristoforo and his wife Maria of North Kingstown, Lori A. Keilman and her husband Mike of West Warwick, and Lisa M. Fiorentini and her husband Ron of North Kingstown. He was the grandfather of Karen Saez, Michele Meo, Joseph Ginolfi, Joseph Domenico, Nicole and Jaclyn DeCristoforo, and the late Pamela Pellegrino and Kimberly Monti, and the great-grandfather of twelve, and the great-great-grandfather of five.. Eddie was the brother of Gilda "Jill" Misischia of Warwick and the late Armando and Guido DeCristoforo, Adele Muto and Ida Muto. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church, Park and Elmwood Avenues, Cranston.
