MALFISA (PAZIENZA) ANDREOZZI

93, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Steere House, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late James A. Andreozzi. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria G. (Santurri) Pazienza. Malfisa was adored by her family and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving children, Janice R. Spirito of Cranston, John B. Andreozzi and his wife Linda of Indian Harbor Beach, FL., and Nancy L. DelPonte and her husband Pasquale of Cranston. Malfisa was the cherished grandmother of James, Jonathan, Kristin, Susan, Allison and the great-grandmother of eight. She was the sister of Esther D'Arezzo of Cranston, Barbara Rocchio of North Providence, Shirley D'Ambruoso of Warwick, Salvatore Pazienza, Jr. of Cranston, and the late Guido, Joseph, Henry "Pepsi" Pazienza, Rose DiTroia, Ida Ursillo, Connie McHugh, Viola Tosoni, and Evelyn Laprocina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Interment will be private.
