MADELINE E. (GAZZERRO) DI RAIMO

83, of Cranston passed away on Wednesday October 27, 2010 at Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late John A. DiRaimo. Madeline was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Paul and Concetta (Fiorellino) Gazzerro. Mrs. DiRaimo was a Medical Secretary for Dr. Croce for 30 years until her retirement. Madeline was a member of the Cranston Senior Center, and a parishioner of St. Mary's Church as well as an active member of their prayer group. She is survived by her loving daughters, Donna Morris of IL, Sharon DiRaimo of Cranston and Gail Porter of VA. She was also the cherished grandmother of 7 and sister of Margaret DeRaimo of Cranston, Paul Gazzerro Jr. of PA and Angelo Gazzerro of North Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Her burial will take place in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in loving memory of Madeline E. DiRaimo.
