MABEL E. (HILTON) FREY

88, of Johnston, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Frey. Born in Hebronville, MA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel (Garceau) Hilton. Mrs. Frey was an egg candler for the former Agway Egg Marketing for twenty-five years before retiring in 1983. Mabel was an avid bowler. She is survived by her daughter Linda Bessette and her husband Normand of Johnston. Mabel was the grandmother of Michele Martin and her husband Brian of Coventry and the great-grandmother of Darrien and Hailey Martin. She was the sister of Clifford F. Hilton of Lake Placid, FL and the late Joseph, Everett, Leroy, Edward and, Reynold Hilton, and Edith McCaffrey. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m.
