Lynn Marie (Ricci) Paton

60 of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home Sunday January 5. Lynn was born in Providence. She is a daughter of the late Robert L Ricci Sr. and Joan E (Brouillette) Ricci. 

Lynn was a 1982 graduate of Johnston High School. She went on to earn an associate degree in business management at CCRI Warwick in 1984. Lynn was a banking professional for over 40 years. She started her career as a bank teller for Hospital Trust Bank. She moved up steadily and then served as a branch manager, Vice President and Banking Officer at Santander Bank as well as BankRI. Lynn was also employed with Filene's / Macy's for which she retired in 2005. Lynn met many people along the way who became her lifelong friends, who grew to know her as a wonderful person with a big heart. Denise Clay was her best friend. 

Lynn was a lifelong parishioner of St Rocco’s Church. Lynn enjoyed watching football and basketball. She also enjoyed playing a good game of tennis and horseshoes. Which catered to her competitive nature. Lynn also loved her cars, beautiful coats and handbags. She always dressed the part. Most of all she loved and enjoyed being with her family and friends. Lynn entertained her family every Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. On Thanksgiving, Lynn always had her family throw the football around outside. She had many cookouts and birthday parties for her family. Lynn was resilient and strong. She overcame many obstacles throughout her life, yet her sense of humor and quick wit remained. 

Lynn is survived by her cherished son Michael James Paton for whom she had a special love and adoration. Lynn is also survived by her sisters Pamela Ricci Danis, Janice Ricci, Joanne Ricci Galli. She leaves behind her brother Robert L Ricci Jr who she cared for and loved. Lynn is predeceased by her twin sister Toni Jean Ricci for whom she had an undeniable love and bond. She also leaves behind her niece Samantha Galli and her nephew James Galli. 

Her funeral will be held on Monday, Jan 13th, at 10:00 am, from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, Johnston. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-7:00 p.m. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
