LUIGI SPLENDORIO

Luigi Splendorio 78, of Custer Avenue, Johnston passed away Sunday, July 27, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence with his loving family by his side. Born in Valle Agricola, Italy, he was a son of the late Antonio and Maria Concetta (Landi) Splendorio. Sadly he leaves his devoted sister Maria Riccio and her husband Benedetto , his brother Joseph Splendorio and his wife Lynda all of Johnston. Mr. Splendorio was the brother of the late Anthony Splendorio and the brother-in-law of Fran Splendorio of Johnston. Luigi was the cherished uncle of eight nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many friends and family and remembered for his laughter and love for life. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church.
