Lucy Leo

96, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Sunny View Nursing Home, Warwick. Lucy was a salesclerk for Woolworths for many years before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling to Florida, playing cards and bingo.

Lucy was predeceased by her parents John and Mary (Saggese) Leo, as well as her brothers, George, Vito, Joseph, Frank, and John Leo.

She is survived by her nieces, Mary Ann Hight, Virginia Leo, Robin Fiske, Patricia Theroux, her nephews, Alan, David, Jimmy and John Leo and the late George Leo.

She was the great aunt of Cherie Gilkenson, Danielle Theroux, Andrea Leo, Genevra Leo, Tony Leo, Mitchell Leo, David Hight, Brandon Leo, Justin Leo, Ryan Theroux, and Vincent Fiske.

Lucy also leaves behind many loving great-great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-great-nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, Oct. 31st, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
