LUCY "LUCIA" (FRAGALA) LAUDINI
LUCY "LUCIA" (FRAGALA) LAUDINI, 96, of Heather St., Cranston, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 1, 2009 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Laudini.
Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Alfio and Giovanna (Coco) Fragala.
Lucia worked at Universal Optical Co. in Providence for many years before retiring.
She was the devoted mother of Nancy Patrizio and her husband Andy of Cranston and the late Alfred Laudini and his wife Marie of Warwick; loving grandmother of Angela Rumore, Ralph Patrizio, Gina Marino, Michael J. Laudini and Patricia Laudini-Miller; loving great-grandmother of 12; dear aunt of Charles Torrisi; and dear sister of the late Salvatore, Carmelo and Rosario Fragala, Alfia Lanzafame, Santina Messina and Josephine Torrisi.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
