Lucretia (Vinacco) Bailey

81, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Robert Bailey for 55 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Lucrezia (DiMauro) Vinacco. Mrs. Bailey worked for many years as a supervisor for Swarovski Jewelry during which she was proud of. Following her retirement, she cherished the opportunity to spend more time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. Lucretia took immense joy in family gatherings. She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was basking in the sun at the beach or enjoying outings at the casino.

Besides her husband Robert, she is survived by her loving children, Kristine Rigby and her husband George of Bristol, Robert Bailey and his wife Jill of Coventry. She was the cherished grandmother of Brennan Gannon, Brooke Gannon, Bria Gannon, Camryn Bailey, and Allison Bailey. Sister of Richard Vinacco of Providence, the late Hope Parillo, Joseph Vinacco, Lucy Almagno, John Vinacco, Evelyn Voccio, Anthony Vinacco, and Anne Vinacco.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, August 23rd, at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Friday morning from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
