Luco F. Cinieri 89, formerly of Valente Dr. Cranston passed away Monday January 26, 2009 at the RI Veterans Home in Bristol where he has resided for the past 2 years. He was the beloved husband of the late Caroline (Marino) Cinieri. He was born in Providence a son of the late Thomas and Grace (Leone) Cinieri. Mr. Cinieri was a jewelry polisher for various jewelry companies in Providence for 45 years until retiring in 1981. He was a WW II Army veteran, and was a member of the Kelley-Gazzero V.F.W. Post Senior Citizens Club. Luco is survived by his brothers, Joseph Cinieri and Michael Cinieri both of Cranston and was the uncle of several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Rose Giarusso, Grace D'Antico and Manuel Cinieri. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Ave. Johnston. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
