95, formerly of Cranston, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Vinacco.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Palma (Nardella) Lautieri.
Mrs. Vinacco worked for American Optical, Bedico, Jordan Marsh, Swarovski and Calibri before retiring.
She was an avid reader, an award-winning bowler and enjoyed sewing and gardening. She volunteered as an elementary school tutor and for the RI Food Bank.
She leaves three daughters: Karen Vollucci and her husband Steven Mullen of Hope, Janice Vinacco Cormier and her husband Ernest Cormier, Jr. of Norwell, MA and Cynthia Clauson and her husband Richard Clauson of Greene; seven grandchildren, Cole Cormier, Casey Cormier, Kaitlyn Mackinnon, Erica Criscuolo, David Vollucci, Jr., Nathan Clauson and Jacob Clauson; and seven great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Cormier, Parker Cormier, Louella Criscuolo, Madelyn Mackinnon, Klaus Clauson, Giovanni Clauson and Nico Mackinnon. She was the sister of the late Mary Antaya, Laura Lurgio, Judith Hagman, Louis Lautieri, Martha Pezzullo and Ralph Lautieri.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mark Church, 9 Garden Court, Cranston. Burial will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS Thursday from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the RI Food Bank, 200 Niantic Avenue, Providence, RI 02907.
