LUCILLE B. (BOLDUC) CERRONE, 93, of Cranston, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late D. Thomas Cerrone. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Gedeas and Isala (Blanchard) Bolduc.
Lucille was a nursing assistant in the hospital industry for many years. She was extremely creative in sewing, knitting, and cooking; and attended various prayer groups.
She was the devoted mother of Linda S. Gatta (David) of Smithfield, Nancie E. Paola (Raphael) of Cranston and the late Thomas M. Cerrone; cherished grandmother of David J. Gatta (Cristine), Julie A. Kalif (Steven), Rayna L. Grenon (Michael) and Jena E. Russell (Shaun); loving great-grandmother of Jacob, Benjamin, Zackary, Sara, Isabella, Liana, Alexa, Blake and Logan; and dear sister of the late Rita Caty, Anna Gauthier, Constance Larocque, Yvette Caliri, Anita Guarino, Irene Gagnon and Gerard, George, Horace and Louis Bolduc.
Her Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held on Thursday, October 6th at 10 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston. Burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
