Lt. James A. Pagano, CFD 44, of Daisy Court, Cranston, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Adriana M. (DeMarco) Pagano. Born in Providence, he was a son of Anthony and Rosealba (Turano) Pagano of Cranston. James was a Firefighter for the Cranston Fire Department for the past 17 years. He was a graduate of Cranston High School West and Providence College. James was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots , Providence College Basketball and he was an avid golfer. James' passion was spending time with his family and friends where he enjoyed cooking for them. He was a great chef. Besides his wife and parents he is survived by his loving children, Adriana R. Pagano and Louis A. Pagano both of Cranston, his sisters, Lisa Pagano, Jean Verdi and her husband Tony all of Cranston. He was the son-in-law of Adriana DeMarco of Cranston and the late Louis F. DeMarco. James was also survived by his many brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Friday at 8:45 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in the Church of St. Mark, Garden City, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Thursday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the: Lt. James A.
