LOUISE M. (RUSCITO) GROSSO

95, of Cranston, passed away at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. She was the wife of the late Pasquale Grosso. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Brigida (Pelligrino) Ruscito. She was a seamstress for the majority of her life. Louise was a founding member of the Ladies Guild of St. Bartholomew's Church and worked tirelessly for them as she cooked for their feast, every Sunday, church bingo and other fundraising events for over 40 years. She is survived by her daughter Anne Grosso and her brother Anthony Ruscito, both of Cranston. Louise was also the sister of the late Antonetta M. Antonelli. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew's Church, Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Entombment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Scalabrini Villa, 860 North Quidnessett Road
