Louise A. DiBona

91, passed away Sunday November 19, 2023 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston.  Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Giacomo and Filomena (Tedesco) DiBona.

She was employed as a secretary at Gorham MFG. Co. for many years until retiring.

Family was everything to her. Louise was a member of ITAM Veterans Post# 20, Ladies Auxiliary, she volunteered for many causes especially the RI Veterans Hospital, she also was a diehard Red Sox fan and an avid card player taking many trips to the casino.

She was the sister of John S. DiBona and his wife Joanne of Cranston and the late Marie Gentile, Evelyn Montuori, Anthony DiBona, Cynthia DiBona and Kathleen Donato.  She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Cranston at 10am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS Monday 4pm to 6pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the RI Veterans Home Fund, 480 Metacom Ave. Bristol, RI 02809.
