75, of Delray Beach, FL, formerly of Cranston, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Delray Beach Medical Center, Delray Beach, FL. He was the beloved husband of Jacqueline A. (Petrowski) Spetrini. They were married for fifty-three years. Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late Louis and Angelina (D'Andrea) Spetrini Sr. Mr. Spetrini was a Past President of Union Local #328, United Commercial Food Workers Union. He was involved with the union for twenty years until his retirement in 1990. He was a veteran serving in the US Coast Guard. Louis was a former member of the Knights of Columbus. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, John D. Spetrini of Perth, Australia, Louie M. Spetrini of Atlanta, GA and Thomas F. Spetrini of Brooklyn, CT. Louis was the cherished grandfather of Gabriella A. Spetrini and Shona E. Spetrini. He was the brother of Catherine Moretti of Cranston, Elizabeth Berndtson, Marie Bauer and Barbara Pagliarini all of Florida and the late Joseph, Thomas, John and Robert Spetrini and Ann Zwolinski. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
